Kymondrayto sat at the table with his friends writing thank you cards for the business that they were helping out. They were all hand written and said various things. They needed to make 500 of these things and it was a lot of writing. Eventually, after a couple pots of coffee and listening to music, they were able to get all 500 thank you cards completed. It was a huge stack of wonderfully designed thank you cards that was personally addressed to each customer. The company wanted to send them out for showing up to their grand re-opening.
Kymondrayto volunteered for his job as a welcome and it turned into a small enterprise. The welcome ushers people into the room. They serve the people and they are the host and perhaps, just perhaps, the host of the party. They represent the company and knows everything about it. They invite people to room and takes care of all of the needs of the customers. When there is a question, they can answer it. When there is an issue, they can address it.
Other things that welcome does is that they do social media to promote the company they are working for. They write letters of appreciation to their customers and send out emails and text messages that welcome people to the company they are working for. They also go to places and advertises for them by word of mouth. Welcome also puts together videos for the company and gives suggestions for building the company. They pray with customers when they get their meals too.
They bring flowers to people and other things too. Small gifts and promotional items might also be included. They do gift bags and gift baskets too. Ribbons are also a little give away too. And they even have their own coupons too for a discount at the store. Other things that they provide are all kinds of stickers, stamps and things that light up. In addition to this, the welcome have their own shirts.
The welcome also does surveys for the company. They ask the customers what they enjoyed and if they would come back. The employees of the company are also surveyed as well as the mangers. Their questions is worker satisfaction and improvements that could be made. They take this to the owner and general managers for them to look at and consider.
They all have business cards with their names on it. They are knowledgeable in their field and great at problem solving. They also introduce people to the employees and the manager. They can sing and tell jokes too. At times they can do a skit as well. They can give directions and suggestions on the local spots. And on top of all of this, they can read the Bible to you. They have a good time helping people and making them feel welcome.
